This studio offers a large 23x23x16 foot curved white cyc wall plus 20×20 foot overhead adjustable frame for select lights & backdrops, overhead bay door, photo, video backdrops, gigabit ethernet, wifi PA speakers, upstairs loft edit bay/green room, makeup room, full kitchen and bathroom. Parking for up to 5 vehicles off street. This space has cold AC and is turn key production ready with in-house basic or advanced video, grip & lighting equipment available for daily rentals by request.
